Join us for an open class on healthy snacks, meal prep, and grocery shopping tips! This event was created out of IHC’s Produce Prescription Program and is open to anyone from the MV community. At these quarterly events, our Registered Dietician Jeanne Shumrak will cover healthy eating tips while showing participants new recipes to help meet their nutrition goals.
No registration is necessary, simply join us at 10:30AM on the 6th in the IHC Kitchen (second floor). Participants will be eligible to win fun kitchen prizes like cook books and culinary tools!
